    Shipping & Orders

    To reduce our environmental footprint, our jewellery is made on demand within 7 to 10 days from the date you place an order.

    Kindly note: If you need to place an urgent request, please don't hesitate to reach out to us as we can try to accommodate to your needs.

    Shipping

    All local and international orders are shipped using Fedex. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Local Orders

    Delivery Charge: We offer complimentary shipping on all local (U.A.E.) orders.

    Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch your product within 7-10 days of your order. Shipments will be delivered between 1-2 business days.

    Cash on Delivery is available, kindly contact us via Whatsapp on +971504215326.

    International Orders

    Delivery Charge: For international orders (all countries except UAE), shipping charges will be applied to your product during the checkout process on our website. Kindly note: We offer complimentary shipping for international orders above AED 1500.

    Delivery Times: International orders will be dispatched within 7-10 days and will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

    Please note that FYNE Jewellery cannot control any duties/taxes that is applied to your package. The customer is entirely responsible to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. If you have any questions about this, contact your local customs office.

    Returns

    We do not accept returns on earrings (except ear cuffs) due to hygiene reasons. If you'd like to return any other item, this is possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly contact us via Whatsapp or Email at your earliest convenience to process your return.

    Local Returns

    We offer complimentary returns for local orders. Kindly note that we can only refund you through the original payment method which you chose when making your order. We cannot provide refunds for Cash on Delivery orders, but will provide full store credit through a gift card voucher which is valid for up to a year from the date of receipt.

    International Returns

    All international orders are final.
